Quick answers for common knots

Found a bug?

Email mail@rocklands.app with your device, app version, what happened, and any screenshots or recordings.

Need to delete your account?

Write to mail@rocklands.app. We’ll process the request within 30 days and remove your personal data and content.

The app isn’t loading data

Check your connection, pull to refresh, or restart the app. AFRO can work offline, but needs to sync now and then for the newest information.

Want to add a boulder or problem?

Use the + button in the map or explore view. A moderator checks submissions before they appear publicly, keeping the shared guide useful.

Location isn’t cooperating?

Check location permissions in your device settings. On iOS, look under Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services; Android has the equivalent under AFRO’s app permissions.

Logbook not syncing?

Make sure you’re signed in with the same account on each device. Your logbook syncs when you’re back online.

We’ll get back to you

We aim to reply to every enquiry within 48 hours.
