How do I report a bug?

Email us at support@rocklands.app with a description of the issue and your device type. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful if possible.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support@rocklands.app and we'll process your request within 30 days. All your personal data and content will be removed.

The app isn't loading data

Check your internet connection. The app caches data for offline use, but needs to sync periodically to show the latest information. Try pulling down to refresh or restarting the app.

How do I add a new boulder or problem?

Tap the + button on the map or explore screen. Your submission will be reviewed by moderators before appearing publicly. This helps maintain data quality for the community.

Location isn't working

Ensure location permissions are enabled in your device settings for AFRO. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > AFRO > Permissions.

How do I sync my logbook across devices?

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices. Your logbook syncs automatically when you have an internet connection.
